• Send the materials for publication to the e-mail address: novikov-conf@rudn.ru (you will find requirements for the design of materials in the section Requirements for Articles). All participants (including all co-authors) must complete the electronic application form. The corresponding author submits the article text. The application form and the materials must be submitted on the same day to ensure proper processing.
  The file containing the materials for publication should be named using the participant's last name and initials in Latin letters, for example: ivanov_i_i_article or ivanov_i_i_petrov_p_p_article.

 Attention! The document must include a transliteration of Russian-language sources from the reference list. For automatic transliteration, use the program on the website https://translit.ru/ru/bgn selecting the BGN (Board of Geographic Names) system.

Please note that only the materials addressing the conference topics will be included in the Conference program, after peer-review by the editorial board and checking in the Antiplagiat system (originality percentage must be no less than 70%). No more than 2 articles are accepted from one author, one of which may be co-authored (two co-authored articles are not allowed). The number of authors per article should not exceed three.
